Choose the appropriate Virtual Stage from the Watch Now menu. Live stages have a blinking red light. You can also use the Join button on the Schedule page once the session has opened.

The Event Platform works in a mobile browser without an app. Older unsupported devices may have limited functionality. If you have difficulty, use the Contact Form, select Technical Support and include your device model and software version.

A Virtual Stage is a place to access live content and interact with a session. Like a conference room, a stage can host several sessions throughout an Event, and multiple stages can run concurrently.

Open the event website and use Sign In in the navigation.

Use the email address you registered with to sign in. If you cannot find your account email or password, use Forgot Password to reset your password.

Contact the Event Organizer using the Contact Form.

Use the Forgot Password link to request a password reset.

You can sign in using the email address associated with your account.

Open Your Orders & Tickets in your User Account. Account Details and Favorites are also available there.

Open Account Details in your User Account to update your email address or password.

Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari or Edge browser. A network firewall may block video even when the stage page loads. If the problem continues, use the Contact Form; on a corporate network, ask your IT team about firewall access.

The Event Organizer determines session access. Check your registration confirmation and Your Orders & Tickets in your User Account. If the access looks incorrect, use the Contact Form.

Your User Account shows account information, preferences and custom form options. The Event Organizer controls which form answers can be edited.
